What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call at (253)582-6868 for a quote or stop in and we will give you a tour and get you all signed up. Rental agreements are all month to month and take about 15 minutes. Please provide photo id and form of payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been Tacoma's most famous storage business since 2006. Our building has been around since 1923 and was orginally used for cold storage before home refridgeration was the norm. Traditionally during the holiday season, we become Tacoma Elf Storage, when we turn out the light on the "S".

How did you get started in this business?
Just a mom and pop shop who began with owning and operating the Tyee Marina in Tacoma.
