What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like start out by getting to know the client. It's important to have a good relationship if your going to be working together.

Then, I walk my clients through the process. Each side is different depending on if your a buyer or seller. I answer all questions and leave you with the understanding that I am here as a resource to you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10years in the mortgage banking business. I've been in real estate going on 6years and I have a Bachelors of Science degree in business management.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Renters, Landlords, commercial and land.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure the agent gived you something of value. Be sure you get along and form a relationship so that you feel comfortable communicating.
