What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to analyze what's their needs, then I go from there. I pre-qualify them with our affiliated Loan officer to get them pre-approved and to know how much they can afford to buy.
For Sellers, I have to determine first of all , why they want to sell, how much they still owe , does the property needs repairs or are they behind or are they in a foreclosure process of their mortgage then I go from there. I have to do a CMA analysis to find out how much the neighborhood are selling for or got sold for the last 6 months so I can determine the market value plus I have to put into consideration if they just wants to sell it as is condition or if they wants to do some upgrades and stage to boost the home value so they can get the top dollars there is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Real Estate in 2006 then became a Broker, after 5 years in Real estate, I became a Managing Broker then I started Tradewin Real Estate. I possess an accreditation as a Luxury Home Specialist and also a Short Sale Negotiator.
