What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call to answer client's questions and gather basic information to learn more about their needs and desired timeline. Next, we meet in person for about 30-45 where we complete their full profile to best determine their specific needs, wants, goals and preferences. From this point, we offer different strategies on how to proceed to ensure their success, and when we find the right strategy we get to work on the process of buying, selling, investing or potentially helping them stay in place by improving their current property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is lead by the founders, Jamie & Sarah Reece. Sarah is second generation in real estate with family who owned a local broker before she started her business. She brings 15 years in the mortgage business, prior to moving to real estate. Jamie brings a career in technology marketing, sales and management to the business which helps ensure our systems, processes and teamwork are the best in the industry. Together, we've guided this business and our team for more the 20 years with a vision of community and service at the pinnacle of everything we do.
