What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to take the time and opportunity to educate my clients to all of the latest trends, processes and legal updates in the market so that they can feel comfortable and confidant making a buying or selling decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent my entire career embracing the idea that change is good but with it comes the responsibility to understand those changes and how they can effect the industry and my clients. I am committed to continually engage in education especially the legal ramifications of practicing Real Estate in todays market.My designations include, Managing Broker, a Senior specialist and Online Marketing specialist.

Prcing for Real Estate services are completely negotiable. That being said it is important for a seller to understand that being competitive and comensurate with what other seller's are paying is critical to their end goal.
How did you get started in this business?
Afetr spending 15 eyars with the Nordstrom company in various management positions, I left and brought the culture of service to the Real Estate Industry. I started in 1995 with Windermere RE and have been with them since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From Investors and developers to clients looking for their dream homes, estate properties and waterfront enclaves, my experience is diverse and have done over 1000 transactions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The most important thing someone should find out when hiring a Realtor is if they are fulltime, and how much experience do they have.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Know what your goals are before you start.
Make sure you are educated about the entire process.
