    When a client reaches out to buy or sell a home, we chat on the phone about their expectations. If they're looking to sell a property, I meet them at the there, on a day and time that works for them. I walk the land or house to create a price valuation. At that time, we chat about next steps, including improvements that will increase the value unless the home is being sold AS-IS. 

    When helping a buyer, we chat over zoom to discuss must-haves, expectations, and the home buying process. 

    I trained at the Rockwell Institute in order to attain my real estate license. Since then I've become a trainer at my office. This includes coaching the 83 new agents that came onboard this year.

    This is negotiable and depends on the services needed.

    Real estate had been on my heart for a long time. My brother was working at an office and I went in to interview to see if I'd be a good candidate. I was all in after that interview, getting my license in a record 3 weeks.

    I have worked with everyone from investors to families, sellers to buyers, mobile homes to ranch homes. I don't discriminate and will help anyone. 

    In December my team invited our clients to take pictures with Santa. We set up at Network Tacoma to bring awareness to their non profit.
