What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key, I always say! Each and every client is different and has individual needs and expectation. Learning the differences and applying your service to meet those needs is essential. Some clients are old school and prefer more hands on, like hard copies and no electronic signatures. Others wont answer their phone and prefer to text and email only.
