About
I have a large network of professionals, that help me customize my approach to my client's needs. I am a 40 year + resident of the state of Washington and know many of the areas North, South, East and West. I advocate for Breast Cancer cure and support as a survivor. I am a seasoned negotiator. Even though this is my "second act" my years previously in the graphics arts industry has prepared me to know marketing, interior design for visual appeal, and methods for selling. I treat my clients with respect. Looking out for their best interests...Always.
I enjoy Empowering people to realize their dreams of home ownership or real estate investing. Whether you are relocating, downsizing, or brand new to the process, I aspire to make sure my customers are well informed and protected. It is very overwhelming and I pride myself for having a calming approach to the challenges that can come up in the investing processes. The relationships and the connections with people are what INSPIRES me and makes this profession so rewarding.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers come from different places, but always my first step is: Focus on the customer needs. Interview with them and talk about their goals, plans, expectations.
From that initial listening session, I take the information and set to researching potential homes, setting them up with a lender if they need one, send them any vendors that they might need to get the home ready for sale, etc.
I put them on a path to success through my expertise and network. My goal is to make real estate easy, by helping them navigate the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I follow Tom Ferry and Brian Buffini training. RE/MAX is an amazing company that provides continued education as well.
