Once we have established a clear and accurate analysis of the project we can begin the process of marketing, research and communication of the project. Lastly, we want to followup and follow through to insure that we have satisfied all of the client and project needs and expectations.

Look for someone with a few years experience in their field who will deal honestly and accurately with you and not give you some hype to make you hear what they think you want to hear.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First of all look for someone with whom you will be able to communicate honestly. Talk to more than one and do your best to verify what they tell you.
