Bill represented our property and we were please on the way it was handled it with good taste. Always did as he said he would.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is for us to get clear on the purpose, goals and objectives of the client. Next is to make an accurate assessment of the proprety involved in the transaction. Next we must deal honestly and accurately with the likely outcome. Once we have established a clear and accurate analysis of the project we can begin the process of marketing, research and communication of the project. Lastly, we want to followup and follow through to insure that we have satisfied all of the client and project needs and expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduate and undergraduate studies at the university level in real estate, science, business and architecture. Hundreds of classroom hours in continuing real estate specific education, real estate law and practices, as well as education in mortgage, title and escrow classes.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Most Realtors in our will charge between 5% and 6% of the listing price as a normal fee. This may vary from client to client based upon the project perameters.

How did you get started in this business?

When I was in junior high shcool I took an aptitude test which lead me in the direction of my career field.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Developers of both commercial and residential projects, individuals looking for homes, condos and vacation proprety, apartment buildings, office buildings, retail outlet stores, house flippers, condo conversion projects, 1031 exchanges, short sales and finding and structuring real estate investments.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.

I recently listed a 15 unit apartment complex and had a full price cash offer in 2 hours and signed around in less than 24 hours. For the same client I listed a second 18 unit building and had twenty offers with 3 cash offers above listing in a 24 hour period. I have a residential development and we are in the process of building new homes for clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for someone with a few years experience in their field who will deal honestly and accurately with you and not give you some hype to make you hear what they think you want to hear.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

First of all look for someone with whom you will be able to communicate honestly. Talk to more than one and do your best to verify what they tell you.
