How did you get started in this business?
I was introduced to real estate by a friend I worked with at Nordstrom. I brought the same values and work ethic I was taught at Nordstrom to my real estate clients.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Client relocated from Dubi. This client had never been to the US and was coming here for work. it took 4 weeks to find the home and 25 days to close. Most of all the showings where time via facetime and zoom. I loved the oppertunity to help in this fashion.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview 3. Find out what sets them apart. Then figure who best fits what you are looking for in an agent.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What can they afford in a home loan.
How much do they need to put down.
What there monthly mortgage payment they wouold like.
Areas they are looking to live in.
What is the min beds and baths they are wanting.
What can they live without.
