How did you get started in this business?
My real esate background began in Property Management in Seattle where I managed nearly twenty single family homes, numerous apartment buildings, and several properties on behalf of the State of Washington.
From 2007 to 2015, much of my business focused on distressed real estate opportunities (short sale, pre-foreclosure, and foreclosure to name a few) throughout the Puget Sound. During this time I had the opportunity to help hundreds of people or companies buy, sell, or invest in real estate. As time went on, the need to grow our suite of professional services became very apparent. So, in 2017, we began building a Team of specialists in various fields of practice and have since become one of the highest producing and highest rates (reviewed) real estate teams in the Pacific Northwest.
