Communicating with the new client to learn what their needs and expectations are in regards to the job. Also, if possible, meeting the client and their pet beforehand.

I generally charge $40 per day which includes overnight for up to 3 pets.
How did you get started in this business?
I started house/pet sitting for my friends because they know I am a responsible and trustworthy person and also experienced and good with animals.
I received many referrals and I enjoy taking care of clients homes and animals.
