About
Hello!
I have been in the design field since 2011 servicing Seattle, Eastside, and outlying areas. I love love my job and the pleasure it brings me to create homes that people love living in.
I design for my client and create spaces for them. I have had the pleasure of designing modern, mid-century, traditional, transitional, and bohemian styles. I primarily work in the residential field but have experience also in some commercial and hospitality design.
My approach is easy, I like to get to know what makes your light up about your home and what challenges you in your home. From there I provide some solutions and we work together to create your space.
I have outstanding referrals if you need them and have been working 100% of referrals for 10 years, it is never a dull moment.
I look forward to meeting you and hope we can work together to make your house your home.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I like to have a phone conversation to get an idea of the scope of your project. From there I will do a site visit which is a consultation fee and our time together can last up to 2 hours.
From that point we can decide if we are good match together for your project and I start designing the perfect space for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have interior design education and opened my own boutique interior design firm in 2011. I specialize in residential and light commercial design including small movie theaters.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each and every project is unique and I prefer to understand what the scope of your project is before discussing design fees. Knowing your budget is always helpful in accessing the overall project.
How did you get started in this business?
Ha Ha, well I just put my stake in the ground and went for it on my own out of the gate. I have had great rewards and no lack of work. I love all my projects big and small.
What types of customers have you worked with?
As for commericial I have designed 2 boutique movie theaters. One in Seattle and the other is The Starlight Room in Port Townsend. Commerical office space I have designed everything from one person small office to 20 desks and conference rooms. In addition a small sandwich shop, optical retail store and home decor store.
As for residential I have worked on craftsman, mid-century modern, modern, and contemporary homes, condos and penthouses.
One of my favorite projects to do is AirBnb conversions.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love live outdoor music. The energy of the crowd, the joyful expressions, and the little picnics. All so oolala.
I also love anything and everything about my travels to Paris :-)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire someone you connect with and that you feel hears you. Really hears what you are saying. In the end it is about how you feel in the space.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think writing a list of questions. As a Pro myself I understand that the customer doesn't have the answers and they are looking to understand the "real" costs involved in their project. It is my job to educate and help them understand what they can achieve with a said given budget.
Changing your space is always an option, the budget may dictate how much change you can afford to do, and then you take it in phases.
