At Northwest Structural, we pride ourselves on being as good as we can possibly be. All home inspectors in Washington State already have a higher standard than in many other states, but we make sure we exceed those standards.
This involves the highest training possible, as well as continued education at every available opportunity. This also involves being willing to go beyond the requirements set out by the State in order to make sure we find everything we can to make sure that you, our client, is protected.
For example, although insurance is optional [and expensive] we make sure to have that as well for your protection. Fortunately - like many quality home inspectors - we haven't had to use it yet, and hopefully we never will.
