Mike was extremely thorough and detail oriented. He took the time after the inspection to go through the photos of different items he noticed during the inspection. He also took the time to point out the difference between normal deferred maintenance items and items that deserved a bit more investigation. I appreciated his honesty and candor during my inspection.
