About

I have 35 years experience in the comstruction industry. From remodel to new construction, residential and commercial, I have seen all kinds of construction. Going thru the training gives you the basics of what to look for. Having a lifetime of construction experience gives me the ability to see the problem, and know why. Being able to relay those issues to the client, as well as potential costs and solutions, is what seperates Brown Dog from the rest.

Frequently asked questions

A quick conversation, either on the phone, text or email, gets me what I need to know. I can get you a competitive price quickly.

I have 35 years of hands on experience in construction. Remodel, new construction and commercial. I have also flipped many homes.

On top of that, I have received the same training and past the same tests as every other inspector to become licensed by the state of Washington.

Size, age and location all affect the price. As a rule, houses are $350-$450, and condos are $265-$300

It's a great transition from contractor to inspector

Every kind. Everyone is different, and all deserve my best

Pick the inspector with a construction background

I want to make sure you understand your house. Also, I can answer remodel/construction related questions when they arise
