What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come to your house and meet your fur baby as well as you. Learn your daily routine and your home. In addition to dogsiiting I will be sure to leave your home better than I find it. I will collect the mail, water plants, and occasionally co-host an airbnb, or run errands.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had multiple clients over the years in the greater seattle area from Madison Park - Seward Park - Capitol Hill.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My base price is $75 a night and goes up depending on other task and requirements.
How did you get started in this business?
With a love for dogs quickly I gained clients in my community. Word quickly spread to my neighbors and I have continued over the years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients with several dogs, and just one, puppies, and old.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am very fond of a client who had a rescue that was very scared and timid. They left for two weeks and when returned home asked what I did to their dog. They couldn't believe how calm, and receptive to going in and out of the house their pet became. As well as walking on leash without pulling.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions, be uprfront about your pets needs, and your expectations.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think it's important to know what your pesonal expectations are for your sittter.
