What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new customer I start with a meet and greet where I meet you and your dog. This will be a slow introduction so that your dog can get familiar and comfortable with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my CPR/First Aid from Petpro. I also have my certificate trainings from Knowings 101 and 102.
