What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will text with them first to find out what their needs are, and get to know them and the needs of their pet a bit ... might ask the breed of their animal and temperament, etc... then I would offer a meet and greet if the client would like, after that,if the client is interested in my services, I would ask that the client provide current rabies vaccination records, vet info, personal info and such. If the client would like to schedule an appointment we would do that. At the first appointment the new client would fill out a new client card and a release form and then we would go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained under many pro groomers! And have owner my groom shop for over 15 yrs.

I quote my grooms on a case by case basis. I tend to stay within industry standards..
How did you get started in this business?
I opened a Dog daycare in Auburn in 2006 owned it for 10 yrs, and became a groomer to serve my clients needs.
