What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would have you call and schedule an appointment and from there we will need vaccinations and have you fill out a new client form. After that we will discuss with you what you have in mind for a haircut!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the groomers have been working with dogs for 7+ years and grooming for 5+ years
