What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or book online. Once we are notified of your request a Bath Dogue.com team member will confirm your request for an appointment via telephone. We will provide a consultation and health assessment and discuss your pets needs and style ideas and that's it! You don't have to worry about anything else.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Bath Dogue.com team has on the job training starting in 2012. We have many years of shop and mobile grooming experience apprenticing under master groomers.

We are pet lovers and were inspired to provide a great grooming experience for pets.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We got a call from a client that had a mother living in a senior home. The client was very busy and had a hard time keeping up with her mother's grooming appointments for Max. We talked over the phone and decided to give it a try. We assured her that we would take good care of Max and they didn't have to worry about anything. They loved the haircut and decided to set up 8week repeat grooming appointments for Max. They loved the mobile grooming service and even referred other residents in the building.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
For some groomers it's just another job. Look someone that is friendly, knowledgeable and takes pride in their work.. A groomer that can accommodate your pets/family needs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Consider the commitment to maintain a particular look to help combat matting, foxtails and debris. What is your pets personality? What is your pets breed and coat texture? What is your desired look? Also think about lifestyle needs on a daily basis. What is a reasonable grooming schedule to keep a positive grooming experience. What are your pets needs?
