What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always walk thru the project with our customer to get clarification on everything that they're trying to accomplish. Discuss anything else that we've noticed during our walk thru that might need to be addressed or make recommendations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up on all our state Code updates and all continuing education to maintain all licensing requirements.

How did you get started in this business?
I have always enjoyed fixing things from a young age. I love an honest days work. I always wanted to build my dream house, that's what lead me into this line of work! It also made me fall in love with it.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had a lighting upgrade in a commercial space. We were upgrading 56 lay in 2ftx4ft troffers from fluorescent to LED. We needed to get this done before the grand opening, which was in 6days. Because of a shipping issue we didn't get all the fixtures until the day before. My crew and I drove 3 hrs to the job site and worked all night until about 30mins prior to opening. We were able to get all the lights installed and all the cleanup done. The customer was so happy. We were exhausted, but felt very accomplished and satisfied with the job!
