What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer and set up a convienent time for the consultation and to measure windows before placing the order with manufacturer. Keep in contact with customer letting them know when i should be receiving their shipment. When their shipment is delivered call the customer schedule the install.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years hands on in every aspect of window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, draperies and specialty window treatments including skylight shades. Trained in the installation of manual and motorized window hardware including hardwire set-up. Able to service, repair and clean professionally with our in-shop commercial qualility ultrasonic cleaner. We keep a low overhead to provide the best value in the area, and a high repor with all major manufactures including Levolor, Graeber and Hunter Douglas to name a few.
