What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls and asks for a tow I just need a location of pickup and a location of drop off. For an accurate quote an exact address would be best but approximations work as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Depending on if the vehicle is damaged or not I will charge $70 to hookup and $3 a mile after that.
