About
My name is Cat Larrow and I'm a Realtor, wife and mom of two. I’m also the broker/owner of Homestead Home Group in Eatonville Washington.
Homestead Home Group is a small local brokerage specializing in rural homes, land and vacation properties. Because these properties are so unique they require a more specialized skill set and marketing that focuses on the lifestyle. My team uses proven strategies and the latest technology to truly showcase what makes a property special. We’ve consistently sold rural properties at record prices and have also helped buyers get incredible deals.
One of my goals in starting this brokerage was to bring small-town values to real estate by giving back to the community and by providing the absolute best service. We’re committed to being trusted consultants and guiding our clients with advice that always keeps their best interest at heart.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call, text or email me anytime and we can go over your real estate goals! We can come up with a plan to work together to make your buying/selling process easy and fun.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a managing broker and have 7 years of experience working as a Realtor. I have earned many awards and have consistently been a leader in the industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is not "one size fits all" I tailor my marketing packages to your needs as a seller.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business because I saw a need for specialists within the industry. There are plenty of agents that can help you buy or sell a home but there are very few who know how to properly market a farm or land etc. As an agent who also represents buyers I have been able to give more relevant advice and service to my clients because I am experienced in the types of issues that can arrise with rural properties and land.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I am a great fit for clients that are hoping to buy or sell rural homes, land or vacation properties.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Some of my proudest moments as a realtor have been working through the most challenging transactions successfully and negotiating huge deals in favor of my clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure whoever you hire has experience in the type of property/investment you are making.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should vet their agent by asking them how many homes they have sold, how long they have been in the business and how much experience they have with the property type they are interested in.
