My name is Ashley Nybo and I am a licensed real estate broker in Washington for John L. Scott. I started working in the real estate industry in September of 2015 as an assistant & transaction coordinator for a top producing agent. My business philosophy is rooted in exceptional customer service before, during, and after a real estate transaction. I will be increasing my service to focus on the needs of a select group of people, and less on general business prospecting, I will work almost exclusively by word-of-mouth referrals. In so doing, I can continue my dedication to my clients, and make each transaction a smoothly flowing experience.

I highly recommend Ashley. I had 40 acres to sell for my dads estate in Roy, WA and I live in MT. I had some serious challenges with removing broken down vehicles and years of stuff left on the property, including a mobile home that my dad let a tenant move onto the land. Ashley guided me with what had to be done prior to listing, as a result we had a cash offer the first weekend. She kept me informed through the whole process and was smart & calm, even when I thought the deal may fall thru due to potential wet lands.
