What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first consult with a potential client and make sure moving forward with their current real estate plan is a great idea based on their needs. We find out as well exactly what they need in service and support and help from us. If that's all a fit if you're a buyer we get very clear on what you're looking for in a home before we start shopping and you hire us and we get started working for you. If you are a seller we get clear on your needs and goals and if it's a fit you hire us and we go to work.
