What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a sit down with all our new buyers to go over a buyers consultation. This gives a chance to meet for the 1st time face to face and you get to see whom you are working with.
We like to schedule a sellers consultation with all our sellers, this gives us chance to see the home to be able to due a Certified Market Analysis. (no professional is going to give you a sight unseen correct Certified Market Analysis).
