About
BBB A+ rated, we treat each customer like family. This employee review about sums it up: "Honesty and integrity are expected, a typical day at work includes use of a full kitchen and snacks galore plus lunch hour that is flexible allowing some staff to go home early or have a longer lunch. Happy employees share fun and family things during the day which makes for a lite workday. Weekly training helps us all to do our job better. The hardest part of the job is dealing with tenants who can not or do not want to pay their rent. The best part of the job is working with owners who care and treat all like family. Wages are above average and bonuses are great."
We have a 6% commission structure, split with a buyer's Broker.
We advertise heavily and sell an average of 10 homes a month!
Very interesting array of customers and issues to deal with daily, keeps me on my toes and blood pumping.
