What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with new clients, I listen to understand their goals, priorities, and future plans to help advise them on what is in their best interests. Working in property management has provided a strong background in home maintenance, costs, and vendors for referral. I help clients find the properties that fit their needs and guide them through the offer process to closing. Clients can expect consistent and responsive communication throughout the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Realtor, with membership with the Local and National level Association of Realtors.

I have a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from PLU, Tacoma.

I annually exceed the required amount of clockhours for continuing education.

My professional services fee is typically covered by the seller's of properties, when representing buyer's.

How did you get started in this business?

I became licensed in 2004, but started working in real estate in 2006. I perform both property management services and Residentical Sales. I own rental properties myself and understand the value that comes from owning real estate.
