Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are a couple differernt ways but they all start out with finding out what the customers goal is and if they know what type of cleaning services they are lookig for. So I start by sending them an "Onboarding Questionaire" as well as a "pricing & service guide or brochure". Then we will find the best time to either meet in person or online to handle the proposal or quote and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been professionally cleaning for 12 years. I have studied all my products and the best products to use on every surface you can think of. I'm a veteran in the Industry for sure and it shows through my work.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I charge by the hour. Since I tend to be very detailed in my work I find this the best way.
How did you get started in this business?
I've always had a passion for Cleaning and so over the years I worked for several different cleaning companies. With doing so the problem I had with every company I worked for is there lack of detail and not using the correct cleaners for surfaces so on and so forth. So in january of 2022 I decided enough was enough and I was going to open my own company so clients can hire a company that cleans the right way and one that disinfects all products such as vacuums, brooms, mops, carpet cleaners ect before using them at the next job. Which while working for companies in the past I've noticed disinfecting supplys is something they all lacked.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, customers needing office cleanings, home owners, business owners, event managers, stay home moms that needed help, hoarders, customers needing biohazard clean up, construction or remodeling companies with post-construction cleanup contractors needed, as well as air bnb owners and more. Every type you can think of I've worked with and cleaned for.
