I have been a design build contractor since 1976, while I no longer build I still do my favorite thing which is design and draw, 3D CAD is so fun to work with and allows my clients to see the vision of their home. I have heavily studied Built Green, Net Zero Energy, Solar and love to make homes energy efficient for a reasonable cost. Imagine a home with no energy cost for the life of the home! There is no better feeling like helping you achieve the dream of your new home.
I enjoy working with families to help them design their next dream home, to make it fit their family and lifestyles. I love working out the details to make sure the Contractor has no issues building the home and based on my over 40 years experience I find I can help value engineer the project to give my clients more bang for their dollar.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak on the phone to understand the parameters of the project, get started with a preliminary plan based on posibly some plans or sketches of the clients, go over the preliminary plan and make pertinant changes, send it to the structural engineer and turn it in for the building permit. Some back and forth emails and phone conversations as well as log clients onto my computer from their home or office to look over the plans and make changes until the clients are happy with the design.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
44 years experience in construction of new homes, custom hoomes and Remodels, historic home rennovations, hospitals, shoping centers and office buildings, including medical office. I am also certified in
