Being from a Human Service background, I recognize the anxiety of my clients and work hard to make it a successful transaction from start to finish, with as little worry and as much fun as possible!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with a new buyer or seller to go over their goals. This helps tremendously in coming up with a timely plan within the right budget, and gives clients a better understanding of the process and what to expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in Human Services, and a graduate degree in Psychology/Applied Behavioral Science/Marriage and Family Counseling. What this means is that I'm a great negotiator/mediator, and am great with people!
I've done all of my real estate schooling and continuing education with Rockwell, Real Estate School, and varied title/escrow companies and lenders.
