What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My name is Nicole DeBattista. I am so happy planning and designing that it’s not unusual to catch me exploring the site one last time as I rev up to do my work. I think of my designs as a representation of a clients signature. Each to be individual one of a kind and authentic. Appreciated for it being defined by a clients story, rather their induvial taste.
I attended International Academy Of Design And Technology (a CIDA accredited school) in 2009, immediately moved into a lead position with a design and build firm in Bellevue WA, and have continued designing homes and commercial spaces with passion. When I am not designing, you will find me enjoying my precious time with my husband Caleb and son Rocco.

we believe it’s not about (how much) rather than being honest and transparent from
the begining on (what am i getting for the price) We price to best fit the project and add the most copper I’ve value at the same time. Sometimes hourly is not always the best method. Therefore, We charge based on the type of project and what deliverables will be included. It could be a flat rate or a percentage based on the project total. Either way, we will be sure to customize your projects cost to fit your overall budget. Additionally, we help the cost of the design fees by providing our negotiation services with the sub contracotrs estimates as well as designer discounts when applicable. We have saved tens of thousands of dollar for our clients. And that is what sets my firm apart. When you hire us, We always start of by providing an actual realistic budget for the project. We find that this helps our clients feel comfortable knowing what items actually cost and what they should be paying for it. You can use that preliminary estimate as a guide when hiring your professionals. Don’t worry! I am Always here to help answer any questions if needed. Educating our clients along the process is very important to us and believe that is what brings our clients back for phase 2 and sending word of mouth referrals for future projects.
