Pacific NW Home Staging is owned by Stacey Stuart. Stacey is an Award Winning Certified Master Stager and Author of the soon to be released book, Homes That Take the Stage. This book explains how Home Staging draws the line between "For Sale" & "SOLD". Stacey also has past experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker and knows first-hand what Buyers are looking for! This is a hard to find yet critical attribute to look for in a Staging company. It is important to put the Buyer's hat on designing the Staging. Our goal for each Staging is to showcase the home with a look and style that is classy and yet still has a homey feel to it. How did you get started in this business?
Have alwasy had an eye for design. Went through indepth staging training and became certified. I was a real estate agent and was having such tremendous success with Staging my own listings that were selling quickly and for top dollar. The demand to help other listings got to be so huge and overwelming that I decided to follow my true passion and Stage homes full time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've Staged well over 1000 homes and have help sellers quickly sell their homes and receive their best ROI. Homes that are anywhere from 600 SF to 7500 SF with prices varying from $100k to 5+ million dollar homes.
