Construction And Design Solutions Inc.
About
We are a provider of materials. I have installers who work for me and are my subcontractors. I take all measurements but unlike an architect I design based on affordablity and execution requrirements.
Every detail is understood before we start any project. All materials and costs are done up front prior to the work getting started so there are no hidden costs once we get moving on the project.
I am a certified Sustainable Advisor and a LEED AP for BD and C. I have 4 patents for my building system and create alternative solutions for building that save energy, and cost less after completion to maintain.
We're not a competative bid or cost builder, our pricing is set and we're not considered a budget builder, but that is because we offer a higher degree of craftmanship and focus on the final product near flawless as possible.
I started my firm in 1998 and was born and Raised in Seattle. I studied Engineering and graduated from the Universit of Washington with a BS in Industrial Engineering. My focus is on process and efficiencies.
I've personally developed over 10M dollars of real estate in the past 20 years and have been involved with over 100M in the past 20 years from ground up to stairs and simple bathrooms.
I do this as pure joy of creating and implementing, the details are what make everything worth while and helping people achieve a concept in their mind for their project makes me very excited to give them my all.
