In early March, I received a call from a home owner that had been trying to rent out his house for almost a year. He was frustrated and upset with the property manager he was using and he still had no renter. Before choosing to work with a property manager 6 months earlier. He rented out his house himself. He explained to me that the time it consumed did not make it worth the money or stress. Because of his personal situation, he still needs to rent out the house. I took on the property, listed it, advertised it and in a matter of days had a signed lease and a new qualified tenant moving in.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For all services we offer same or next day appoimntments. We work very fast to get the process started. Wether we are helping you buy a home, sell your house, invest or with proeprty managmeent, we have experoiance and are standing by ready to jump in and help! 

For all services: We advertise on the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), AHRN, Military.com, Sarges List, Craigs List, Zillow, Hotpads, Trulia and many others including social media! We are able to sell and rent properties very quickly. While we make recommendations, our owners choose the price they want to charge for the rental per month and sales price.

For property management: We have No JUNK fees, start up, inspection fees, admin fees, advertising fees or maintenance coordination fees.

Our tenants are required to complete a thorough application including credit check, criminal background, eviction history, rental history and employment verification. Our owners are involved with our tenant selection. We offer excellent customer service and personal attention to detail. We are locally owned and operated, highly experienced & dedicated to client satisfaction. Property management services include: monthly financial accounting, quality property maintenance, cost control, inspection services, problem evaluation, vacancy leasing, advertisement, marketing of property vacancies, property showings, application, tenant screening, eviction and small claims management.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our entire team completes several hours of continuing education each year. We also attend local and national training's and seminars.


How did you get started in this business?

Back in 2001, Liz, our CEO worked for an apartment complex doing leasing and property management. Since, she has focused on people and real estate.


What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of clients. About 85% of our clients are military and are transferring due to a military move.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask each professional you interview what questions you should be asking the others you interview. Allow them to surprise you. What one company offers is not always standard practice.
