What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer books an appointment with a Call Center Specialist, one of our Certified Field Inspectors will visit their home to inspect the foundation or crawlspace to determine the root cause of any issues the homeowner is experiencing. The CFI (Certified Field Inspector) will complete a thorough inspection and present the findings to the homeowner and discuss all solutions.
