What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new clients come to me we talk about what their needs are normally over text or on the phone. Then depending on the clients sometimes we do a meet and greet but most just book and I get right to work! For all my clients I come in the house greet the pup or pups I leave notes about every visit including: a summary of everything that went on, entry time, exit time, if there was any issues.
