What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an appointment time convenient for the customer. Inspect the home for any termite or pest issues. Offer plans that vary from a one time treatment, to seasonal treatment, monthly, every other month, or quarterly treatments.
How did you get started in this business?
I was a Manager at a large pest control company for many years before becoming a career firefighter and starting my own business.
