Compassion and patience is my #1 rule! I love helping dogs get reacquainted with a kind grooming experience. There are so many aggressive groomers out there that have ruined a dogs idea of what grooming is. I help show them what a wonderful experience it can be.
All of my grooms include shampoo and conditioner, anal gland, finishing spray, and bows or bow tie. I also specialize in hair coloring for an additional fee. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first spend a few minutes with the dog to establish trust on their turf. The bath, blow dry, and groom takes place in their home driveway, near by the humans they love most.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been grooming since I was 14 years old. I am currently in the process of completing my Virginia Certification course. I will graduate this course by the end of October 2021.
