I provide at my business grooming services for animals who maybe nervous for the typical groomer. I also provide pick up and drop off service and at home stand alone services. We also provide dog sitting and walking services for a flat hourly rate.
I'm very passionate about helping pet owners take care of their babies in the most comfortable way possible. I enjoy helping pet parents treat their pets special and making them feel good about the experience. I have been doing this for a few years and I never get tired of the look of pure joy on the faces of my clients when they see their baby again. They feel comforted knowing that the time spent was a positive one and I enjoy that I can provide individual service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them a lot of questions about their dog including the type of food they eat and a little about their background like past grooming experiences and what type of haircut they are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently taking Veterinarian Assistant classes to become a certified Veterinarian assistant. I have worked with animals a large part of my life and have also worked in corporate grooming facilities ( Petsmart, Petco)

My standard pricing is based on size of the dog.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always loved animals but while working in corparate facilities noticed that money was a determining factor for the care of the animals. I noticed that a lot of pet parents want to get their dog groomed but the corporate facilities prices continue to increase while the quality decreases. I wanted to really help pets and their parents and listen to what they want for their pet. Pets with anxiety and possible fear issues need the greatest amount of help so they can still be taken care of properly.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of customers. No one is a stranger when they love their fur baby!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I met someone who had never had her dog groomed it had been outside all it's life. I was able to help her get her animal groomed and give her some helpful advice to help her keep him happy and healthy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask a lot of questions. Nothing is off limits when it comes to the care of your pet. Make sure they are not just selling you a service but also care about your pet.

Do you notice any scratching or chewing?
