What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically respond to your call or message within 24 hours. Owner / designer makes initial contact and schedules appointment for onsite visit to discuss project, with awareness for social distancing. Free estimate/no obligation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When completing any design and remodeling of your home it is always in your best interest to hire a licensed and insured builder. Always ask to see such credentials.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should always ask to see a copy of a contractors license and verify status of insurance.
