I want to discuss with the client and get a understanding on excatly what they would wants from this real estate transaction. I would explain the process for buyer and sellers. Reviewing the contracts with the client and let the client know the good bad and ugly. Also going over my experenise.

How did you get started in this business?
I started in 2003 because home price's in Northern Virginia had just started to increase and I could not afford a home and wanted to find bank own or foreclosure property and it worked.

I helped a family sell a lot that they had been trying to sell for the past 4 years with different agents. It was a relief to the family to receive their asking price and to sell the lot within the time frame they liked.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that your agent listen to you, inform you and responds to you asap
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The real estate market is always changing. I would want to know if it's a seller or buyers market .
