If they were 1st tiem home buyers, I will explian in details about the buying process and introduce them to few lender thay can choose from to get them pre-qualified. I will provide them with few of my website and social media links to veiw and get to know me. I will also send them a list of Testimonials that they can call and contact with any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an agent for 7 years, I am Military Location Certified, Broker Price Openion graduate, this will make them confidend that I can run the Comparative Market Analysis report and make sure they are not overpaying for the house. If they were selling, I have the skill to price the home that will sell on time and bring the most money for them.
