What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand what a client wants, what parts of their outside landscape are they interested in illuminating and why. We understand the main elements and parts of their home and landscape that they love and want to highlight.
Based on our industry knowledge, experience and latest trends, we then design a house plan based on feedback and our knowledge.
We share our plan and customize it to what our clients want. We execute on the plan once we get a go ahead and follow-up after installation with a visit in the evening to walk the front and back of the home with the client to see if they like what they see. We make any tweaks needed. We stay in touch with our clients for years to come as they enjoy their homes in a new light even at night.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are electrical engineers and landscape designers who take great pride in our workmanship, knowledge and experience. We work with landscape architects, interior decorators, architects, landscape engineers and a lot of satisfied clients and customers.
