What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted by a potential customer we like to set a time up to review the property and the work that is being requested. If the customer prefers to not set a time up we will go out and review the property in a timely manner and send the estimate to the customer. By seeing the property first it helps to avoid any confusion about the property and expectations.
