What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When our clients contact us to learn more about our services, we see it as a two way street.  We want to ensure our conversation is as efficient as it can be towards determining if we are good fit for each other.  We send our prospective clients an intake form which asks detailed questions about their project.  Once we receive it, we schedule an initial phone consultation to discuss the project and the items the client listed on the form.  During that call, we assess the overall project and the client's needs, and determine which of our services would best meet them.  We discuss out service in detail, and provide a client with a proposal for those services for their specific project.  If all parties agree, the client signs the proposal and we schedule an initial in home consultation to kick off the new project.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We typically price our design services as a lump sum fee based on estimated hours the project will take.  We often customize our design fees for our clients, based on their specific project and needs.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure you find a designer that really listens carefully to you and your needs.  This is your home and often you are making a large investment in it.  You want to be sure you are very comfortable with the person you hire to help you achive your dream spaces.
