I have owned/operated a retail store and been an interior designer for over 20 years. While I no longer have retail stores, I very much believe in providing the goods and services my client needs. I strongly believe the home is an extension of self and work with my clients to bring out the best qualities of the home. If possible, I think that using existing furnishings and supplementing them often brings a beautiful and comfortable mix.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the appointment is made, I come to the clients home. After getting to know one another, we discuss the design changes that are needed. I charge a $150 fee per consultation. This usually takes around an hour. Upon ordering product from me, the client will receive a 25% discount from retail in addition to my services of ordering, tracking, managing delivery etc.
With staging clients or realtors, I meet with them at the property, assess what is needed and send them a quote for the project. If home seller is not going to stage, I also offer a service of meeting with the homeowner, assessing the home and making a full report for them that will detail what they need to do to optimize the home for sale. I charge $250 for this service.
