What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start out by developing a One on One relationship through conversation from either the Buyer or the Seller (or many times it is both) discussing their specific needs, desired locations and real estate wish list.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
19 years experience delving into and handling all types of Real Estate Tranascations for example: new home construction, resale homes and or raw land sales.
There are many reasons which create real estate interest... From excited 1st time homebuyers; persons/families Up or Downsizing their home; Job relocation; Acreage expansion or even possibly due to an unfortunate death or divorce situation To... investment properties or a custom build home or desired family compound/ farm or estate.
My 23 years of prior World Travel helps me to understand different cultural needs as well.

There is no standard pricing in Real Estate- it's a matter of negotiation skills, current market values or supply and demand competition.
How did you get started in this business?
I have a small interior design business which led me to obtaining my Virginia and West Virginia Real Estate Licenses

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The recent purchase of a 2.5 acre Pa. mountain cabin property which adjoins my currently owned 4th generation Pa mountain home. I am planning on refurbishing this smaller cabin as a VRBO.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It all starts with a Brief phone conversation and/or a Meet and Greet.
I can only assist if I am aware of the potential Client's Real Estate need.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Getting financially pre-qualified is most important- so to understand one's purchase price range.
Location, Specific home requirements, budget, commuter boundaries, family and pet considerations.
